This 10 lot single family residential subdivision provided challenges from the parent parcels shape and location and problems of adequately accessing the developable area. Access across an adjoining parcel fronting on 100 A Avenue was acquired which allowed for a modified cul-de-sac/hammerhead design that provided not only on-street parking but adequate frontages to permit the subdivision to be successfully developed.
