Land Planning
Our thorough knowledge of the diverse issues surrounding urban development including land use patterns and relationships, social and financial impacts and constraints, transportation and environmental concerns allows us to undertake complex challenging assignments for a variety of land use projects. We also have extensive experience with exclusions, non-farm uses and special permits in the Agricultural Land Reserve. Non-traditional challenges includes the preparation of special studies and reports for Municipal, Provincial and First Nation governments.

Identifying potential sites, highest and best use studies, land acquisition, master planning and processing applications through to successful completion.

Our firm has an extensive and unique mix of experience in planning and related fields. We have successfully undertaken assignments creating large industrial parks, shopping centres, multi-family housing and a variety of master planning exercises from small property holdings to city wide concepts.
