A long narrow strip of land sandwiched between the USA border and Corbould Road in the Boundary Bay Village provided a challenge on how to maximize the opportunity for residential development.  Ultimately a plan for six townhouses designed on an angle allowed for them to meet municipal requirements and maximize the return for the developer.
