This high profile site in prestigious West Vancouver provided an opportunity to create a premium townhouse development providing spectacular views.  It also had to deal with its location on two busy streets and concerns over long term traffic safety.

Public Information Meetings with the local residents identified concerns and we cooperatively worked to address them with solutions agreeable to the community.  Superior architecture and site planning produced an attractive entrance to the residential area and provided needed densification in a fashion agreeable to concerned citizens.
