Creating an outdoor shopping centre in the heart of the City of Langley along the Fraser Highway provided some interesting obstacles. Maximizing leasable area and creating two high rent, free standing pads was critical.
Access became an issue as the City and MoTI provided only restricted access from Fraser Highway. The only solution became the construction of the extension of 203rd Street which we were able to convince MoTI to undertake, well ahead of their original timetable, and fully paid for by the City and MoTI.
