Road improvements and widenings often cause problems for existing properties and businesses along major routes.  The widening and major improvements created significant problems for this long term community service.  

The raised elevation of the road and widening of the right-of-way created access and operational issues that had to be resolved to ensure the business could continue to operate at this location.  Fortunately we were able to negotiate not only fair market value for the road taking but work with the MoTH and engineers to create access, circulation and parking that would allow the Funeral Home to function in an efficient manner.
