The expansion and upgrading of King George Boulevard through South Surrey raised serious concerns with Rona Canada.  For retail operations like Rona simple direct access to their sites is paramount and we were engaged by their head office to negotiate with the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure to ensure their access was maintained and protected in the new construction plans.  Secondary concerns regarding road dedications and the timing of construction disruptions which might limit access were also key elements of our efforts on their behalf.
