This unique west coast development perched high above the ocean surf on a spectacular rock outcropping is one of the most dramatic home sites in British Columbia.  After years of development processing and addressing a myriad of technical issues our firm was engaged to assist with the informal public engagement process, formal Public Hearings and presentations to the municipal Council.  

Our approach addressing concerns about the adjacent pristine forest reserve, extensive coastline beaches, expanding residential development and inevitable traffic allowed us to successfully quell the fears of neighbours and environmentalists and permit the project to proceed.
