CLIENT:  LADNER’S LANDING PUB

As the first Neighbourhood Pub in the Village of Ladner, the application was subject to a significant review process and extensive scrutiny from the local residents.  Extensive engagement with the neighbourhood and confirmation of adherence to new and changing regulations resolved most outstanding issues.

Conflicting parking requirements between Delta and the Liquor Licensing Board had to be rationalized to provide sufficient but not an excessive amount of parking to meet the intent of the Neighbourhood Pub licensing program.  The proposed widening of Ladner Trunk road necessitated the resolving of siting and access concerns.
