TSAWWASSEN APARTMENT BUILDING

As the first apartment block over three stories in Tsawwassen the approval process attracted more than its share of scrutiny during the approval process.  The prime location overlooking the Beach Grove Golf Course required that all siting issues were handled with particular care.  Ultimately the application was successful and this unique project remains a landmark in Tsawwassen.
