As the development of communities continues to grow, eliminating many previously vacant lots and the growth of the trucking industry as a critical part of the essential supply chain, opportunities to find suitable legal parking became difficult and a major problem for the industry.

Our firm was able to assist the owner of a large parcel on the peripheral of the industrial area in Richmond to create a large truck parking lot also suitable for other outdoor storage. Located on River Road there were issues with sensitive environmental areas, contamination and future road dedications which were resolved successfully.
