Easy direct access to commercial properties is vital to the financial success of the tenants and owner. When Township traffic engineering created a scenario for access that created an untenable situation, our Client engaged us to coordinate an approach to the Township on behalf of themselves and other land owners affected.
Through the engagement of a traffic engineer, coordinating a collective approach with all the adjacent developed parcels and those in the area with future development potential we were able to convince the Township our alternative plan would both benefit all the landowners and tenants in the area but also create much safer traffic movements. As a bonus all of the off-site improvements were paid for by others.
